Stephen Windham is the Dean of Students. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling and Christian Education and a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership from Bethany Divinity College. Mr. Windham has taught History and Language Arts in Christian and Public schools in Alabama and Florida. He started his career in education as a Special Education paraprofessional in 2005 and later became a teacher. He has also worked as a pastor over the past 22 years. He and his wife, Melanie, have three children: Autumn, Elijah, and Daisy. Elijah and Daisy both attend LLCA. His favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:1.
