Welcome to the Den Campus
The West “Den” Campus is located on Sanderfer Road. This campus is home to Elementary (2nd - 5th grades), Middle (6th - 8th grades), and High School (9th – 12th grades). The West Campus facility includes 41 classrooms and labs, 2 lunchrooms, and 2 FEMA-rated storm shelters. Athletic facilities include lighted baseball, softball, and football fields; 2 gyms, including one with side-by-side courts; and space for future expansion.
The offices Head of School, Steve Murr; Elementary Principal, Amy Frasier; Middle School Principal, Andrea Forrester; and High School Principal, Katrina Williams, are located at this campus.
Students participate in weekly chapel with student-led worship and a variety of activities throughout the year including pep rallies, spirit weeks, field trips, and more.
Elementary students learn in self-contained classrooms and participate in P.E., Music, Art, Spanish, and STEM classes.
LLCA offers a biblically-based curriculum including all courses required by the state for graduation as well as advanced science and math courses, Bible courses, and a variety of other electives. AP courses are available in World History, US History, and Computer Science 1 & 2.
The school partners with Colorado Christian University to offer many dual credit options for high school students. LLCA also has dual credit agreements in place Calhoun Community College, The University of North Alabama, The University of Alabama-Huntsville, and other universities throughout the state. Honors courses are offered in all core subjects beginning in 9th grade.
